    Abstract
To study the effect biological activity of a fig tree extract using Sequential Extraction and use of fennentation Maceration using solvent 3 types of hexane, ethyl acid state, and methanol to extract 12 Chanin made. tested oral cancer cells (human mouth carcinoma: KB) lung cancer cells (human small cell lung cancer: NCI-HI87), breast cancer (breast cancer: MCF-7) anti-malarial. (Anti-malaria; Plasmodium falciparum) Microculture Radioisotope Technique used to test anti-tuberculosis (Anti-Mycobacterium. tuberculosis. anti-TB) to the Green fluorescent protein microplate assay (GFPMA). The results showed that extracts of the fig tree has anti-cancer Including breast cancer, lung cancer and oral cancer. Extracts of the fig tree does not have anti-tuberculosis and extracts of the fig tree shows some anti-malarial. In further research should study the molecular and biological activity of the fig tree from the roots, seeds, leaves, flowers and fruit to the biological activity ofthe data for a selection of extracts from medicinal plants to make. Purification and further develop research in the next commercial.
