    Abstract
    Clinic Technology of Rajamangala University of Technology PhraNakhon was supported by the Ministry of Science and Technology to manage training programs in order to develop and create careers on Thailand 2011 TechnoMart&InnoMart Day, together withBOI FAIR 2011. The event was aimed to present the works of Clinic Technology in utilizing knowledge and technology and to transfer knowledge and technology of 8 Clinic Technology in the network.Twenty-five effective short training programs were designed under the slogan “25 Clinic Technology courses for Career Creation”. Results showed that the 1,547 people who attended the training courses were highly satisfied with the project at the mean of 4.37 or 87.40 percent. About 1,528 people or 95.03 percent would make use of knowledge received from the training programs. This successful event clearly showed the university’s potential in being the leading national project manager. The university has important role in providing vocational expertise to external organizations and general public, offering training programs to private sectors, and upgrading existing target groups through profit-making academic services.
