    Abstract
    The Study on factors affecting the participation of personnels in education quality assurance in Rajamangala University of Technology Pra Na Khon aims to find out the factors affecting the participation of personnels in education quality assurance in Rajamangala University of Technology Pra Nakhon and to study the co-relation between personal and organizational factors and the participation in education assurance in Rajamangala University of Technology Praha Khon. The sample groups, 166 persons, used in this study are personnels in RMUTP both academic and supporting staffs derived by stratified sampling and simple random sampling. The collection of data came from questionnaires and then analyzed by percentile, means, standard deviation and Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. The results of study found that - On Personnel Factor, the participation in education assurance of personnel in RMUTP on Attitude group, from comparing within the group found that there were statistically insignificant difference, and statistically significant (∞= 0.05)so the RMUTP shouldn’t employ personnel factor on attitude in the participation in education assurance at present. -On Personnel Factor, the participation in education assurance of personnel in RMUPT on self- capability perception group, from comparing within the group found that there were statistically insignificant (∞ = 0.05). So the RMUTP shouldn’t employ personnel factor on self-capability perception in educationassurance at present. - On Organizational factor, the participation in education assurance of personnel in RMUTP, on CEO’s policy group, from comparing within the group found that there were statistically insignificant difference ( ∞ = 0.05). So CEO of the RMUTP shouldn’t employ the organization factor on CEO’s policy in education assurance at present. - On Organizational factor, the participation in education assurance of personnel in RMUTP, on the leadership of the organization group, from comparing within the group found that there were statistically insignificant difference (∞ = 0.05). So the leader of the organization shouldn’t employ the organization factor on the leadership of the organization in the participation in education assurance at present. - On Organizational factor, the participation in education assurance of personnel in RMUTP, on organizational culture group, from comparing within the group found that there were statistically insignificant difference (∞ = 0.05) . So the RMUTP shouldn’t employ the organizational culture in the participation in education assurance at present.
