    Problems in organizing intramural sports of Faculty of Liberal Arts Rajamongala University of Technology Pranakhon Year 2012

    Abstract
    This research aims to study sports management in 2012 within the Faculty of Liberal Arts, Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The data was collected by sending 150 questionnaires to the organizing Committee and the questionnaires were returned 100 percent. The data was analyzed by using percentage, mean and standard deviation, and the data presented in the form of tables and essay. It was found that: 1. Sports problem within the Faculty of Liberal Arts, Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon 2012, most problems of competition among faculty and staff have been less in all aspects. However the student affair committee has considered that the problems were at high level in the following aspects: 1) the committee’s coordination e.g. in meeting; 2) the ceremony and parade like the athletes’ preparation for medals management; 3) the tournament and the referee including competitive and lack of the referees, inexperience referees, lack of the athletes’ coordination and supporting fund and inappropriate time in competition; 4) the public relations e.g. lack of the facilities in public relations. 2. The requirements for organizing and conducting program should be annually once a year and lasted in 1-2 weeks. The program was not simultaneous with the class. There should be more public relation and more fund to support the event
