    Abstract
    The purposes of the study were to investigate the level of each aspect of information technology use on the internet; and to compare the level of the Internet use of personnel working at Royal Irrigation Department (Samsen branch). 364 persons were the sample selected by Yamane sample size determination. The questionnaire was administered with as the instrument for collecting data, which were analyzed by the frequency distribution, percentage distribution, standard deviation, t-test, and One-Way ANOVA. The results revealed that investigate the level of information technology use on the internet of personnel working at Royal Irrigation Department (Samsen branch) was relatively high in terms of the educational use. As for the purposes of the use for communication use, the use according to the workplace policy, and the use for entertainment were average; however, in terms of the commercial use, the result was quite low. Moreover, different genders and educational levels revealed similar internet information technology use; opposite from age personal factors which resulted in 0.05 statistical difference.
