    The Study of readiness of personnel of Faculty of Engineering Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon in Entering the ASEAN Community

    Abstract
    The objective of this research is to study the readiness and procedure of the personnel in coping with the entering Asean community from example group of 126 people which classified by sex, ages, position, educational degree, field of work, salary and working life. This study uses questionnaire as a tool in collecting data that could be categorized in three aspects, knowledge, skills and attitudes. The questionnaire is five rating scales that analyze the result by frequency percent average, the average of standard deviation and T-test independent by using one way ANOVA. The results were as follows : From one hundred percent of the personnel of faculty of Engineering Rajamangala university of technology phra nakhon which 58.25% classified by the educational field and 31.75% support line are ready to enter into Asean community which could be seen average in whole picture. After considering in three aspects, it appeared that knowledge and skills of personnel are also average. However, the attitude of personnel was considered in a high level. Hypothetic test result was found that there was no difference among the personnel with difference sex, ages, position, educational degree, field of work, salary and working life in their readiness in entering Asean Community.
