The principles of POLC to significant influence with the business of breeding red-whiskered bulbul in shelters

Abstract

The objective of this research was to study (1) generality of planning, organizing, leading, controlling and management (2) the influence planning, organizing, leading, controlling involvement management. This study was conducted by applying 2 research methodologies, both quantitative & qualitative. Quantitative approach, questionnaire was used to collect data from 59 of the man who breeding red-whiskered Bulbul in shelters by purposive sampling. The data was analyzed, using hierarchical regression analysis. To the qualitative approach, in-depth interview was conducted with the man who breeding red-whiskered Bulbul in shelters and used to observed behavior during competition of red-whiskered bulbul by researcher. The results indicated that the procedure to set step, check, man readiness, bird readiness had the influence 42.2 percent the management of the business of breeding red-whiskered bulbul in shelters
