    Abstract
    The study aimed to the cause of becoming in-debt of farmers, to study the ways of debt solutions, and to study the sustainable way to solve the debt problem of farmers at Thung Kula Rong Hai Plain. The researcher employs the mixed research methods. A sample of 400 people was surveyed by answering a questionnaire. The simple random sampling method was employed in selecting the Subjects Both descriptive statistics: Frequency, percentage. 40 people from the sample group were interviewed to provide indepth information. The research interviewed selected farmers from four provinces at Thung Kula Rong Hai Plain using constructed questionnaires. Focus group interviewing also conducted with selected farmers and their community leaders from the same provinces. The research found that most of the farmers agreed that the project could solve and improve the debt problem; and enhance strenuous community. However, there were some problems in management process, for unclear objectives and procedure, and lack of continuous evaluation.
