    Abstract
    The objectives of this research are to study the direction and goal of producing under Graduate students and to study the congruity between the planned strategy of the Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon and the national development plan and educational plan. Moreover, to survey the managing problems at the present time the planned strategy of the Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon (2005-2010) were studied by the Content Analysis method and the Survey Research method and 400 University staff members questionnaires on administrative information were analyzed. The results of the research revealed as follows: the university focuced on producing more students, the in science and technology students. The planned strategy of the University was congruent with the national development plan and educational plan. The administrative problems faced by the University included human resource management, workforce deficiency, lack of planning, lack of qualified personnel working in certain positions, poor welfare management and little incentive.
