The Demand of the Entrepreneurs Under the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand on the Competencies of those Graduating from Vocational and High Vocational Colleges with Commercial Major

Abstract

This research aims to study the demand of the entrepreneurs under the Industrial Estate of Authority of Thailand (IEAT) on the competencies of those graduating in commercial major from vocational colleges and high vocational college. The sample are the 340 entrepreneurs under the IEAT. The tool is questionnaire, the reliability are .89 and .92 for vocational and high vocational level, respectively. The data are analyzed by mean and standard deviation statistics and it is found that: (1) The demand of the entrepreneurs on the competencies is at a high levels as overall and by level of education and demographic area and (2) The highest demand on the student’s competencies of the entrepreneurs is affective domain.
