    Abstract
    This research is study on influences effect of decision to use PromptPay system of Thai commercial banks. The purpose of the research is as follows. Study the confidence that effect of the choice of financial transaction services through PromptPay system. Study the marketing mix factors that effect of the decision to use financial services through PromptPay system. This research is to collect data from customer of Thai commercial banks. Thai commercial banks are as follows. Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited., Krung Thai Bank Public Company Limited., The Siam Commercial Bank Public Company Limited., Kasikorn Bank Public Company Limited., and Bank of Ayudhya Public Company Limited. The results showed that most respondents had the following: They are female., They are between 31 and 40 years old., They are single., They graduated bachelor., They are studying at the undergraduate level., They are students., They earn less than 15,000 baht per month., Frequency of financial transactions is 1 time per month., They used to transfer money through mobile applications., The reason for using the mobile banking is quick and easy., and Reduce the loss of money and the cost of banking transactions are the factors that affect the choice of use PromptPay system.
