    Abstract
    The Chabot application aims to promote Ecotourism in Bang Phae District, Ratchaburi. The application has been developed by modern information technologies, such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) via Dialogflow program and LINE application. The application consists of three main components: User interface, Entities, and Fulfillment engine and Intent. A usability test was conducted to evaluate the user experience in terms of effectiveness, efficiency and satisfaction with which participants perform tasks when using the application. Consequently, the participants were asked to complete the survey. The result shows that the overall user satisfaction score remains high (x̅ = 3.80). However, the ability to communicate effectively scored lowest (x̅ = 3.66)
