    Abstract
    The study was aimed to investigate motivating factors of state enterprise community relation personnel, work efficiency of a state enterprise community relation personnel, and the relationship between motivating factors and work efficiency of a state enterprise community relation personnel. The population used in this study was 96 personnel working in a community relations unit. The statistics used in the data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean and Rho (ρ) to test the correlation coefficients. The results of the study revealed that most respondents were married males who were over 51 years old with bachelor's degree earning 20,501 baht income salary. The duration of their work was over 20 years in the professional position levels of 4 to 7. It was found that the personnel’s work efficiency was at a high level. When looking into each aspect, it was found that the relationship of work advancement and work policy and administration was moderate while the aspects in terms of income, responsibility, acceptability, security, governance, job description, personal life, relationship with the management, and work condition were relatively low with the 0.05 statistical significance
