    Work stress of employees at the faculty of engineering Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon

    Abstract
    This study was aimed to study work stress of the personnel of the Faculty of Engineering at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. 187 employees were asked to respond to the questionnaire used as the research instrument. The questionnaire was divided into three parts. Part I included six items, part II 35 items, and part III 10 items. The data analysis applied frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis. The results revealed the personal factors classified by gender and marital status that disclosed insignificant differences in terms of the personnel’s work stress. Their personal factors classified by age, education level, monthly income, and types of personnel showed different effects of the stress. The factors regarding work performance, work experience, relationships among colleagues, supervisors, and work regulations had the influence on the personnel’s work stress at the significant statistical level of 0.05. As for the factors regarding the roles, responsibilities, and environment did not affect the work stress of the personnel of of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon
