    Construction and development of listening and speaking in practical english exercise for students at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon

    Abstract
    This research aims to study 1) to develop listening and speaking English students of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon provide higher efficiency 2) to compare the achievement of listening. English speaking students of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon before and after the experiment 3) to enhance the students self-learning of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon using correct sentences to communicate in daily life 4) To produce teaching materials to be used by English language instructors or support staff within the Faculty of Liberal Arts. Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon in preparation for the ASEAN Community in 2015. Experimental study was conducted by using the selfaccess multimedia computer program to practice listening and speaking English skills. The researcher created 3 lessons to take the test in 8 weeks, 3 lessons for 1st year Tourism students in Faculty of Liberal Arts, Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. There are 30 students enrolled in English 2 in the second semester of academic year 2013. The instruments used in this study were 1) to practice listening and speaking English skills 2) achievement test listening and speaking English. The data were analyzed by percentage. The results showed that the attitude of the students towards self-access computer multimedia practice in listening and speaking English skills. Overall found the average level of attitudes that influence decision making was good in 87.6%. After using the multimedia computer program, students have well 84.71% in listening and the attitude of the students towards computer multimedia speaking was good in 85.23%.
