    Abstract
    The survey team aimed to develop online marketing on Plantago Major Linn. to Promote Sustainable Economy at Ban Muang Charoenraj Agricultural Safety Community, Nhan Province. Ban Muang Charoenraj community is an agricultural community enterprise which has been recently established for two years and begun to cultivate and produce Plantago major L. products and need to develop a better online marketing approach for their interesting products. The research team, therefore, introduced the new approach including the choice of plant stage selection, raw material preparation, making fermented Plantago major L. extract, determination of the properties of the plants that are anti-inflammatory and antioxidant and their antimicrobial activity. The plant extracts were thus developed as a key ingredient in facial creams because of their such good characteristics helping to promote the channel of online marketing. It was on the basis that Ban Muang Charoen community has the plants, good raw materials, good products, one already made online media system of Facebook, therefore, the online media system was suitably developed further and used to be a medium for people to have the opportunity to know more about such products. The work that the research team relied on “Smart Gold principles” which can analyze online marketing practices for two stores. It helped create an opportunity to develop the store to generate more income to be able to improve and develop sales management in the future, obtain more page views, and introduce the community get involved in selling a wide variety of products online as well as transferring the utilization of Plantago major L. from the research team to the community. In the analysis, it was found that it was necessary be able to increase sales by at least 20 percentages, measurable, attainable, consistent with reality, be able to learn and implement in no more than three months. In addition, 2) obtain management guidelines that need to be supplemented further; there must be a promotion to control the quality production of Plantago major L. in the community. Quality and refrain from using pesticides. By promoting the provision of a one-stop service to the community, the online marketing will be a source that can manage the linkage of raw materials to the buyers. Chemicals related to herbal extraction process and the materials for making cosmetic products would be set for creating ease of operation for customers to be able to track budget used, and to easily manage the product quality along the way with a quick and reliable delivery service. It is necessary to encourage a clear analysis of the business plan of each store. From these necessities of the research to promoting online marketing channels for the Ban Muang Charoenraj Agriculture Enterprise Community, a communication channel and promotion for customers can generate income for the anywhere, anytime, without limitation suitable for the current situation.
