    Abstract
    The purposes of this study were to investigate the development of Skill Learning Kit: Thai Braille Alphabets and to facilitate the children with visual impairments for Thai Braille alphabets practice to increase their capabilities of Thai Braille Alphabets skill. The study comprised three points. First point was to test about the Thai Braille alphabets learning of sample group. Second point was to study the appropriate scales of the usage of Skill -Learning Kit: Thai Braille Alphabets. And third point was to examine the suitable function of the Skill -Learning Kit : Thai Braille Alphabets. The instruments used in data collection were the questionnaires from respondents in the surveying process.
