    Abstract
    The objectives of the research were to study the use of Information Technology (IT) in various aspects, to study the students' need of using IT, and to find out the guideline of IT development for the study of the undergraduate students of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakorn. The subjects were 328 fourth-year students enrolling in eight faculties. The questionaire on "the Factors of Technology Affecting the producing Graduates of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakorn" was used for the research. The information was analyzed by using SPSS for PC. Percentile, frequency, mean and standard deviation were used in the study. The results of the research were as follows: 1.Ninety-seven per cent of the students used a computer during their study. Eightynine of them had their own computers. Among these computers, 82% were personal computers (PCs) and 18% were notebooks. Eighty per cent ofboth PCs and notebooks could be linked to the Internet. 2.Thirty-four per cent of the students obtained computer knowledge by self study and 32% studied in the former schools. Fifty-seven per cent of them had more than five years in computer experience. Apart from working with their own computers, the students of 29% used the Internet service in Internet shops and 28% used the service of the university. The reasons for using the Internet were to search for the information the students were interested in and applied for their work at the percentage of 21 , and 19% for new information. 3.The students' use of IT in all four aspects were at the averaged level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the use of the Internet was high, average level in using application programs and multimedia, and low level in searching for information.
