Enterprises' Satisfaction on the Characteristics of Graduates in Faculty of Engineering at Rajamangala University of Tecnology Phra Nakhon

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to study and compare executives' satisfaction on the characteristics of graduates in faculty of engineering at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon in 3 aspects: Academic, Ethics and Professional Characteristics. The executives were classified by gender, age, type of enterprises, type of business, size of enterprises and major subjects of graduates. The samples in this research were 56 executives. The study participates selected by Stratified random sampling. The 40 item questionnaires of Likert's rating scales was used as the research instrument. Percentage, mean, standard deviation, t -test for dependent sample, t -test for independent sample, F -test and "LSD" analysis were statistical method to analyze data. The results were as follows: 1.Executives' satisfaction on the characteristics of graduates in each aspect and all aspects were at the high level. 2.Executives' expectancy on the characteristics of graduates in each aspect and all aspects were at the high level. 3.There was no significant difference for executive's satisfaction on the characteristics of graduates in each aspect and all aspects between male and female executives. 4.There was no significant difference for executive's satisfaction on the characteristics of graduates in all aspects. Considered in each aspect, it was found that there was significant difference in executive's satisfaction with Academic at the 0.05 level among executives in different age. 5. There was no significant difference for executive's satisfaction on the มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร (5)characteristics of graduates in all aspects. Considered in each aspect, it was found that there was significant difference in executive's satisfaction with Ethics at the 0.05 level among executives in different type of enterprises. 6.There was no significant difference for executive's satisfaction on the characteristics of graduates in each aspect and all aspects in different type of business. 7.There was significant difference for executive's satisfaction on the characteristics of graduates in Professional Characteristics and all aspects at the 0.05 level among executives in different size of enterprises. 8.There was no significant difference for executive's satisfaction on the characteristics of graduates in all aspects. Considered in each aspect, it was found that there was significant difference in executive's satisfaction with Academic at the 0.05 level among executives in different major subjects of graduates.
