    Abstract
    The objectives of this research were to 1) study current situation, perceived problems, and developmental method of Learner-Centered Teaching-Learning Approach of instructors of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon 2) compare the current situation of Learner-Centered Teaching-Learning Approach of instructors classified by faculties, and 3) propose developmental method of Learner-Centered Teaching-Learning Approach of instructors of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon, The sample studied were 257 instructors from all faculties who returned the complete questionnaires to researcher, and 2.412 students selected by stratified sampling. The data was collected through questionnaires constructed by researcher. The statistics used for data analysis were mean, standard deviation, one way analysis of variance, and Schffe's multiple comparison method. The results were as follows: 1. Learner-centered Teachng-Learning Appoach of instructors of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon was at high level (= 3.36). Regarding problems affected learner-Centered Teaching-Learning Approach of instructors, it was found that instructors' positive attitude toward Learner-Centered Teaching-Learning Approach was at intermedate level and instructors' knowledge concerning the Approach was also at intemediate level. moreover, it was found that instruclors possessed problems in relation to facilitate faclors of Learner-centered Teaching-learning Approach at intermediate level. 2. Instructors from different facuities had statistically difference of Learner-Centered Teaching-Learning Approach with a level of .01 significarce. 3. The significance of Learrer-Centered Teaching-Learning Approach should be stressed. In additon, the better understanding of Learner-Centered Teaching-Leaming techiques should be trained to all instructors, Besides, the students should be encouraged to study from outside resources more and more.
